Is your website secure? Will my information be accessed by others?
Dollogy.com has a GeoTrust SSL certificate assuring that all information entered is encrypted and cannot be accessed by any outsider. All transactions are 100% secure. You can be fully assured that none of the provided information will be sold or imparted for trade or sale.

The item I wanted is out of stock or sold out on my size. Will you be restocking?
Sorry, once we are sold out of an style or size of a style we do not restock it. Some items sell out very quickly sometimes within hours. We cannot guarantee that an item or size you want will be here tomorrow. Our items are very limited in quantities and since the price is very low they often sell out quickly. We recommend to sign up with us to get the latest update on new arrivals.

Are the clothing on the site made by Dollogy?
No, Dollogy is not a clothing line. We carry a large selection of brand such as, Yoox, BCBG, Forever12, Wetseal, Katia, Scott, Scoop and much more.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
All orders are electronically processed immediately upon confirmation of order.

Do you ship to addresses other than the billing address?
Requests for alternate shipping addresses will be honored in most cases. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may be subject to verification at the discretion of management. We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice if deemed fraudulent. In such cases, the method of payment will be promptly refunded in full.

What method of shipping do you use?
For standard shipping we use USPS. Express delivery services may vary according to your location.

How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped on the following business day after processing, no exceptions. Orders placed on or after Friday at 2:00PM EST will ship on the following Monday, as will orders placed on Saturday and Sunday. For standard shipping please allow 5-10 business days for delivery unless otherwise noted. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. If you have selected overnight or 2nd Day Air, your payment for shipping is for the delivery service to pick-up and deliver your package in the time frame selected, and does not include any processing time. We are not responsible for delays due to third party errors.

What are your shipping regulations?
Dollogy.com can ship to any business or residential area as long as a complete address is provided and the order passes all of our security regulations. We do not ship to temporary lodging addresses such as hotels or motels. Dollogy.com reserves the right to hold, delay, or cancel any order due to suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Do you ship outside of the U.S?
No. Currently we are only shipping to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Are there any regulations for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?
For shipping to these locations you must choose express shipping. We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders not adhering to these regulations.

Where do you ship from?
All merchandise is shipped from New York City.

How long does shipping take?
At Dollogy.com we ship all verified incoming orders in 1-2 business days after confirmation of order. For standard shipping orders, please allow 4-10 business days for delivery. We try to process express shipping orders placed before 2pm EST on a standard business day during the same day but cannot guarantee the order will ship the same day. If the order is flagged for security verification this may delay shipment so if you are selecting express shipping please try to have the items shipped to the billing address to avoid these delays.

Will I be charged tax at checkout?
You do not pay taxes on your orders, unless we are shipping your product to NY State.

Please register your email address from our homepage. We will periodically send you promotions and offers.

What type of methods of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa/MC/AMEX/Discover. We also honor Visa/MC debit cards. We do not accept personal, business, or travelers checks or money orders. We are not responsible for pending authorizations appearing on your account in the event of a declination. If the charges have been declined for any reason other than insufficient funds, please allow 5-7 business days for your banking institution to re-apply any funds back on to your account. We are not responsible for third party policies regarding crediting of your account.

Do you guarantee availability of your items?
We have an automated inventory system and your item is removed from the inventory the moment your order is confirmed. We do not recommend placing an item in your cart for purchase at a later date as we cannot reserve items in inventory until the order is completed. We strive to have every item available for every order at time of purchase; however, there are sometimes unforeseeable circumstances which may hinder physical availability of an item.

What if an item is on Backorder?
Occasionally, an item may become unavailable when the order is sent to the fulfillment dept. Available items will ship together via the method selected. Items not available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and the purchaser will be notified via phone or email within 3 business days. If you are notified of a backorder issue you may choose any different item of equal or lesser value as a replacement. If the item is available it will be shipped immediately via standard shipping at no additional cost to you.

How do I cancel or modify my order?
Any changes or cancellations must be done before the order is complete and a confirmation email is sent. We cannot cancel or adjust any information on orders once they have begun processing so we strongly recommend you examine your order thoroughly before purchasing.
