At Dollogy.com we proudly stand behind our products
and by our customers with a 30-day Return policy on any apparel item
or handbag purchased from our store.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased item you may return
it to us postmarked within 30 days of the original order date to receive
an exchange or full refund (minus original and return shipping costs).
EXCHANGES
We will be happy to exchange any apparel item or handbag from an original
purchase. Simply fill out the enclosed Return Form and send it back
to us along with the original item(s) fully tagged and in their unworn,
unwashed, odor-free condition. You may choose one item for any one
item you return and select either a different size or completely different
item. You are free to choose any other item from the same category
of equal or lesser value, and we will pay for standard shipping to
have the item re-shipped to you!
At the current time we may only offer one exchange per original order
so we recommend sending back all items you wish to return at the same
time. Once an item is exchanged it will be considered "Final
Sale" and may not be returned for another exchange or refund.
Please allow 10-14 business days for us to process and ship out of
your exchange items. *This does not include actual shipping times.*
*All exchanges are processed as "even exchanges"
meaning if you choose a lower priced item for your exchange item we
cannot refund the differential. We can only accept requests for items
which are of equal or lesser value at the time of exchange.
REFUNDS
If you would like a refund instead of an exchange, simply let us know
on the Return Form and you will be refunded the purchase price paid
for that item within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. We may only
issue refunds to the original method of payment, no exceptions. If
the expiration date on the credit card used has changed from the original
order date, please inform us of this on the Return Form

GENERAL GUIDELINES/REGULATIONS
Accessories, swimwear, and intimates may not be returned for refund
or exchange, no exceptions.
If you have received a damaged package, save the damaged/tampered
envelope or box for inspection by the shipping company and notify
us immediately.
If you have received a damaged or defective item from us, please notify
us directly via phone or email within 3 calender days of receipt of
goods to inform us about the damage/defect.
In the event we do not have the item(s) you requested available at
the time of exchange, we may contact you directly to ask if you would
like to select a different item or instead be issued a refund for
that item.
We strongly recommend getting a tracking number for the returned package
to insure we receive your merchandise back. We cannot be responsible
for packages sent without a tracking number, and thus your exchange
or refund may be delayed or void. Please hold on to the tracking number
until you receive either your exchange or refund from us.
