Dollogy.com expressly disclaims any reference that it is an authorized dealer or agent of any of the designers whose goods are offered on this site.

1. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspicious or fraudulent activity.

3. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

4. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

5. As prices are subject to change without notice Dollogy.com does not offer a price adjustment policy once an item has already been purchased.
6. Dollogy.com is NOT responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages.

7. "Retail Prices" listed on the site vary from store to store and are intended to be an approximation only.

8. We do not take responsibility for returned items until they are in our possession. Customer is responsible for all aspects of return shipping including proper packaging.

9. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto-Rico may ONLY select 2nd Day or Next Day Delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order for which standard shipping is selected for these locations.

10. In the event we do not have the item you are requesting for an exchange, we reserve the right cancel the exchange without notice and refund to the method of payment at the discretion of management.

11. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.

12. We are not responsible for any 3rd party company policies which may be involved in either the shipping of merchandise or the refunding process.
